I click an app but nothing happens?
I get a launch.ica file.
Most often this issue is due to the use
of a browser other than Internet Explorer
(for Windows) or Safari (for Mac users).
If this remains an issue with the use of
Internet Explorer, please make sure you
have the latest version of Citrix Receiver
and https://portal.springfieldclinic.com
is added to the trusted sites zone.
When I try to get to the portal from my
home computer I just see a black screen?
When accessing the Portal using Internet
Explorer 11, https://portal.springfieldclinic.com
will have to be set to compatibility mode.
You can make this change by going to File in
your Menu Bar, then click Compatibility View
Settings and adding https://portal.springfieldclinic.com.
Can I access the portal from a chrome book?
Currently the option to access the Springfield
Clinic Portal from a Google Chrome Book is
not an option. This is in the plans to become an
option with a future upgrade.
